Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities and vehicle movements.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor daily routes, schedules, and assignments.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers throughout their shifts.
• Track vehicle departures, arrivals, deliveries, and route progress.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding transportation requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules.
• Ensure vehicles are properly checked and available for daily operations.
• Report breakdowns, accidents, delays, traffic issues or other transportation problems.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repair requirements.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, trips, and driver activities.
• Investigate routine delivery or transportation issues and arrange appropriate solutions.
• Ensure drivers follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.

• Support improvements in route planning, vehicle utilization, and overall transport efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage.
• Supervisory or team-coordination experience is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong organizational skills may also apply.
• Good understanding of vehicle scheduling and transportation operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and transportation documentation.
• Ability to manage drivers and multiple assignments effectively.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and routes is an advantage.
• Ability to remain organized during busy operational periods.
