First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior leader to drive the digital transformation of its wealth and investment platform. You will define strategy, own roadmaps, and partner with Investments, Wealth Management, Technology, and Risk to digitize funds, equities and advisory services.

You will translate business requirements into scalable digital initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver client-centric experiences across all client segments.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in wealth management, private banking or investments.
• Proven track record in designing digital customer journeys and product platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into executable digital investment initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the digital wealth and investment platform.
• Lead end-to-end transformation of investment product journeys to digital channels.
