Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking a Portfolio Manager within its CPMO to oversee the enterprise program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy, value delivery, and disciplined governance. The role collaborates across Change, Value & Reporting, Integration & Governance, Delivery, Tech and Business to drive execution with accountability for benefits realization.

The candidate will lead governance committees, monitor risks, manage interdependencies, and steer delivery teams toward outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Banking IT or PMO environments is essential.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is expected.

Responsibilities

• Govern portfolio governance and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Provide monthly portfolio status, health metrics and executive-level insights.
• Monitor risks and issues at portfolio level and escalate as needed.
• Define and track portfolio dashboards, KPIs and benefits realization.
• Plan master resource allocation and demand prioritization across programs.
• Collaborate with program managers to resolve escalations and dependencies.
