Role Summary

The IT Strategy and Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with business and regulatory objectives. The role leads digital transformation initiatives, oversees IT project portfolios, and collaborates with business leaders to deliver innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT strategic plan aligned with the bank's business objectives
• Define and promote IT strategy, transformation plans, and measurable objectives
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, AI integration, and fintech collaboration
• Drive change management initiatives in response to shifts in strategic direction

• Conduct ongoing market, technology, and innovation trend analysis to inform strategy

Candidate Requirements
