Job summary

Dicetek seeks an experienced Sr PMO Lead in the UAE banking sector to own and scale PMO frameworks, govern portfolio delivery, and drive strategic transformation across multiple programs. You will provide executive reporting, manage risks, and align programs with governance standards.

The role requires 12+ years in banking PMO leadership, strong stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Immediate to 30 days start, onsite in the UAE, permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

12+ years in banking PMO leadership and large-scale transformation.
Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar banking transformations.
PMP/PRINCE2/Agile SAFe knowledge and leadership abilities.
Eligible to work in the UAE; UAE-based preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and scale PMO frameworks, governance structures, and SOPs for banking transformation portfolios.
Drive strategic transformation initiatives; align portfolio with corporate objectives.
Provide executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio analytics to senior management.
Monitor delivery performance, track milestones, and realize benefits across programs.
Manage cross-project risks, dependencies, and constraints; communicate with stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, resource forecasting, and procurement governance within the PMO.
Mentor PMs, Scrum Masters, and PMO analysts to foster high performance.
