Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Advanced certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP) demonstrate commitment to professional development.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in project or program management with governance and assurance focus.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance and assurance activities across multiple technology projects and programs.
• Establish and monitor governance frameworks, processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, stage-gate reviews, and management reporting.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, controls, and delivery methodologies.
• Leverage PMO experience in governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
