4+ years in Finance Shared Services/PMO or governance-focused environments.
Strong knowledge of finance processes, governance cadences, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly Operations Review and Divisional Review Meeting presentations for executive leadership.
Consolidate updates, KPI scorecards, and performance information for management review.
Maintain governance packs, action trackers, and RAG status reporting across divisions.
Coordinate monthly governance calendars and ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses.
Support automation initiatives and cross-functional finance program governance throughout the organization.
