Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across its UAE and overseas operations. You will work with Finance, IT, and business teams to enable ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.
Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
Build process knowledge across automotive operations including vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.
Review current processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cost.
