Qualifications

20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or management consulting.
Experience in senior Director-level transformation or strategy roles.
Proven UAE and Singapore transformation experience.
Track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and organisational change.
Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with CEOs, C-suite, and senior leadership teams.
Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, AI, and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the organisation's transformation strategy and roadmap.
Drive large-scale initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
Optimize operating models, processes, structures, and ways of working.
Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimisation, productivity, and excellence.
Lead digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Establish KPIs, governance, milestones, and benefits tracking.
Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across the UAE and Singapore.
Ensure programmes deliver measurable, sustainable results.
