Job summary

Object 1 is seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Russian Speaker) to lead branding for UAE and international real estate developments in Dubai. You will develop and implement brand strategies, ensure consistent identity, and collaborate with marketing and project teams to shape premium experiences.

The role requires fluent Russian and English, strong creative and commercial mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager (Russian Speaker) to join our Real Estate Development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Object 1’s positioning in the UAE and international markets.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Manage brand guidelines and oversee their implementation across marketing materials, campaigns, and projects.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams.
• Work closely with project teams to develop and maintain strong identities for new real estate developments.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with PR, Digital Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Oversee the development of brand presentations, marketing materials, campaign concepts, and other brand assets.
• Monitor brand performance, market perception, and competitor activity.
• Ensure all brand communications reflect the company's positioning, values, and visual identity.
• Support the launch and positioning of new real estate projects in the Dubai market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager / Brand Strategist, preferably within real estate development, luxury, lifestyle, or a premium consumer brand.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, marketing communications, and consumer behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE market; real estate experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creative thinking combined with a strategic and commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and high standards for brand quality.
• Experience working with creative agencies and external partners is a plus.
