Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a skilled backend engineer to strengthen trading risk systems. You will design and implement backend services using Go (with C++/Java as needed) and build real-time data pipelines with Kafka, ensuring reliability and data consistency at scale.

You will own projects from architecture through production, collaborating with Risk, Data Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver cross-functional solutions that empower global users and secure

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with Go; willingness to work primarily in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency, and data consistency.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk.
• Build real-time data processing with emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Own projects from design to production rollout.
