Job summary

Bybit ищет опытного бэкенд-инженера, который присоединится к команде риск-менеджмента и займется разработкой и поддержкой высоконагруженных систем. Ваша работа будет сосредоточена на надежности, масштабируемости и качестве данных.

Вы будете работать с Go и/или C++/Java, Kafka и базами данных, участвовать в проектировании архитектуры и сопровождении продакшена. Команда глобальная, работа в быстром темпе с акцентом на рост и инновации.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки бэкенда и распределённых систем.
• опыт работы с потоками данных в реальном времени (Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink).

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать бэкенд‑системы для торгового риска.
• Строить и оптимизировать конвейеры обработки данных в реальном времени.
• Вести проекты от дизайна до внедрения и поддержки в продакшене.
• Сотрудничать с командами Risk, Data Platform и другими.
• Участвовать в обзоре дизайна, код‑ревью и улучшении качества.

Задачи

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including risk monitoring, alerting, data services, and risk platform capabilities.
• Build and optimize real-time data processing pipelines, with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, observability, and data consistency.
• Independently own projects from technical design and development through integration, rollout, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvements in engineering quality and development efficiency.

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, or strong experience in C++ / Java with willingness to work primarily in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency, and data consistency.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, project ownership, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with real-time data processing or data infrastructure, such as CDC / Binlog, Flink, Doris, or ClickHouse.
• Experience designing and building large-scale, high-throughput, or low-latency systems.
• Experience in Trading, Risk, Asset, Market Data, Clearing / Settlement, or related financial systems.
