Bybit is seeking a backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, focusing on real-time data pipelines, reliability, and data consistency. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate with Risk, Data Platform, and other engineering teams.

The role calls for strong fundamentals in distributed systems, hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, and Go, plus excellent communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency, and data consistency.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, project ownership, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including risk monitoring, alerting, data services, and risk platform capabilities.
• Build and optimize real-time data processing pipelines, with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, observability, and data consistency.
• Independently own projects from technical design and development through integration, rollout, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Risk, data Platform and other engineering teams to deliver cross‑functional projects.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvements in engineering quality and development efficiency.
