Job summary

Delta International Institute in Bengaluru seeks a motivated Trading Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, convert qualified leads into customers, and promote our financial market education programs. You will deliver product presentations, coordinate webinars, and guide students through enrollments and deposits.

The role requires strong communication and CRM skills, 1 year in Forex/financial markets or related sales, and a customer‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Forex/financial markets or related sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn about financial markets and company products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Contact and follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable educational programs and trading solutions.
• Conduct professional product presentations and consultation sessions.
• Manage student enrollments, deposits, and course upgrades.
• Coordinate webinars, seminars, and client engagement activities with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily follow-up activities.
• Provide basic guidance regarding financial markets and company products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
• Generate business opportunities from existing customer accounts through relationship management.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and performance KPI targets.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth client experience.
