Job summary
Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a Trade Services professional to manage operational risk and client relationships for Trade clients. You will identify disruptions, educate clients on digitization, and ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
The role requires experience in Trade Operations, familiarity with ICC rules, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Country Offices and Regulators while upholding the
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Trade Services / Trade Operations with advanced Trade Product Knowledge.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- ICC Certifications such as CDCS or CSDG are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify disruptions and provide fixes for seamless transaction execution.
- Meet clients regularly to educate and influence digitization and review insights.
- Ensure client data confidentiality and provide personalized service for Trade Clients.
- Provide back-up for other Premium Service Managers and monitor Trade Priority client transactions to meet target TAT.
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure actions within 30 minutes for TD queues.
