Tower Crane Sales Leader – Construction Equipment

Arada in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior sales professional to lead tower crane rental and sales, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers and consultants.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, coordinate with operations, engineering and finance, and identify opportunities across the GCC/UAE construction markets to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience selling tower cranes, mobile cranes, hoists, or related construction machinery.
• Strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, including contractors, developers, and equipment rental companies.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Experience handling key accounts and building relationships with construction companies and crane rental businesses.
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals, pricing, tenders, and contracts.
• Experience achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Good technical understanding of tower crane capacity, configurations, installation, dismantling, and applications.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, and after-sales teams.
• Regional market experience, particularly GCC/UAE construction markets, can be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies for tower crane rental, sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization within approved authority limits.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, opportunities, quotations, and conversion rates.
• Achieve agreed revenue, sales, and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, contracts, and customer enquiries.
• Support resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, commercial procedures, and approved pricing and authority levels.
