Job summary

ATEEQ is seeking confident, energetic Arabic-speaking Tourism Sales Promoters to represent our heritage retail destination across approved tourist locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

You will engage tour guides, introduce our products and cultural experience, and encourage visitors to visit our showroom. This is a high-energy, target-driven role requiring strong communication, a presentable appearance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken Arabic is required.
• Good conversational English.
• Egyptian Arabic dialect familiarity is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching customers directly.
• Presentable, well-groomed and professional.
• UAE-based candidates preferred.
• Valid UAE work eligibility required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage tour guides at approved tourist locations.

• Build relationships with tour guides, drivers and tourism professionals.
• Share showroom location and contact information with interested visitors.
• Identify high-potential tourists and groups.
• Generate and record qualified customer leads.
• Represent the ATEEQ brand professionally at all times.
• Meet daily and monthly visitor-generation targets.
• Provide management with regular reports on referrals and tourist engagement.

Candidate Requirements
