Job summary

You will help maintain an equitable rewards framework that supports attraction, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Total Rewards, compensation and benefits, and strong analytical skills to interpret workforce cost data and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related experience.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, reviews, promotions, and rewards programs.
• Experience with job evaluation, grading, and job architecture.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret compensation and workforce cost data.
• Experience creating Total Rewards policies, governance and controls.
• Exposure to annual incentive, bonus, and recognition programs is desirable.

A leading diversified group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, job evaluation, incentives, and rewards governance programs. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a competitive and equitable rewards framework that supports attraction, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support salary benchmarking, pay structure reviews, and compensation administration.


• Manage annual salary review, merit increase, and promotion cycles.


• Conduct internal equity and compensation analysis.


• Support compensation governance and approval processes.


• Conduct benefits benchmarking and market reviews.


• Manage benefits governance, reporting, and vendor coordination.


• Support benefits enhancements and employee value proposition initiatives.


• Support short-term incentive and recognition programs.


• Coordinate annual bonus and incentive cycles.


• Perform incentive payout analysis and effectiveness reviews.


• Partner with Finance on budgeting and incentive governance.


• Support job evaluation and grading processes.


• Maintain job architecture and grade structures.


• Conduct job mapping and role evaluation reviews.


• Ensure consistency of grading methodologies.


• Develop rewards dashboards and workforce cost reports.


• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


• 5 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation, Rewards Analytics, or Compensation Management.


• Demonstrated experience supporting compensation review cycles, salary adjustments, promotions, and rewards programs.


• Experience conducting compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and market pricing activities.


• Proven experience supporting job evaluation, grading, job architecture, and role mapping initiatives.


• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting compensation, benefits, and workforce cost data to support decision-making.


• Experience developing or maintaining Total Rewards policies, governance frameworks, procedures, and controls.


• Exposure to annual incentive, bonus, and recognition programs is highly desirable.


• Experience participating in compensation and benefits surveys and translating market insights into recommendations is preferred.
