Job summary

PIPECARE Group seeks an experienced TM Representative to manage the territory tool fleet, coordinate tool delivery, and ensure timely assembly and return of equipment across projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing the territory workshop, inventory accuracy, reporting tool usage and performance, and coordinating shipping and budgeting for the upcoming year, with emphasis on safety and quality in an oil and gas context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a tool and production related role, ideally in Oil & Gas.
• Strong GMP training and implementation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Flexibility with work hours and timing.
• Proficient in technical write-ups.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for tools, spares and accessories to be delivered to site on time and properly configured.
• Manage territory workshop with proper housekeeping and records.
• Control inventory of tools, spares and accessories; avoid shortages and ensure proper labeling.
• Report planned usage and tool run success monthly; monitor tool performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate shipping to/from sites and between Territory, Corporate TM, and suppliers.
• Forecast, budget and purchase or return tools for the upcoming year; reflect manpower needs and workshop size.
• Record unused spares and update inventory.
