Job summary

PxGeo, a subsea solutions company, seeks a senior asset management professional in Dubai to lead the development of a long-term Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and optimize lifecycle costs.

You will define objectives, document asset portfolios, translate SAMP into operational plans, and establish the Asset Management System Framework while standardising workflows in ERP and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in asset and inventory management.
• Formal certification in asset management (e.g., IAM or equivalent).
• Experience with technical or field equipment in subsea/energy sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a long-term Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) to optimize lifecycle costs and maintenance.
• Define strategic objectives and stakeholder requirements for asset management.
• Document the asset portfolio and develop summaries of assets under management.
• Translate SAMP objectives into actionable operational plans and establish the Asset Management System Framework.
• Develop tools to monitor and report KPIs such as OEE, downtime, reliability, and utilization.
• Own and maintain the company’s asset management system (AMS) ensuring accurate equipment records.
• Standardize workflows for asset data capture and lifecycle management in ERP systems.
• Oversee the full equipment lifecycle including acquisition, allocation, utilization, and disposal.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Lead the development of a long-term Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) to optimize lifecycle costs and maintenance

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in asset and inventory management
• Experience with technical or field equipment (seismic, geophysical, or energy sector preferred)
• Strong experience developing strategic asset management plans and governing AMS
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the seismic, geophysical, or energy sectors
