Job summary

Mediclinic Dubai Mall in Dubai is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team in delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care. The role focuses on operational efficiency, staff development, and a positive patient experience.

You will drive clinical governance, resource management, and quality improvement while ensuring adherence to UAE regulatory standards and nursing practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute
• Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
• To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards

Required Education

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute

Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

Required Experience

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in OPD

At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience
