PE Global International seeks a Lead Nurse for the OPD Institute in Dubai to provide clinical leadership and oversee outpatient nursing operations, ensuring patient flow and service quality.

Qualifications

  • BSc Nursing or equivalent - essential.
  • Minimum 7 years' post-registration clinical nursing experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior nursing role, preferably within OPD, ambulatory care or a clinical institute.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership, team management and quality improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of DHA and JCI/JCIA standards.
  • Current DHA nursing licence or eligibility for DHA registration.
  • Electronic medical records experience; CERNER desirable.
  • Relevant resuscitation certification and ongoing CPD.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visible clinical and professional leadership across the OPD.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, clinic readiness, patient flow and staff deployment.
  • Support complex clinical assessments and nursing decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and JCI/JCIA standards.
  • Lead clinical audits, quality improvement and clinical risk initiatives.
  • Support the development of clinical protocols, care pathways and SOPs.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the nursing team.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development.
  • Monitor patient experience, complaints and clinical incidents.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and CERNER EMR compliance.
  • Manage nursing resources, equipment and consumables effectively.
