Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee the Welcare Hospital outpatient nursing team in Dubai. You will drive evidence-based patient care, ensure quality standards, and manage resources to deliver safe, patient-centric experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in outpatient settings and 5+ years in senior nursing leadership within hospital OPD, with a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.
• Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field is desirable.

• To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
• To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute

Desired:Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years’ experience in Outpatient setting

At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience managing a large number of nurses in OPD in a hospital setting
