Job summary

Mediclinic Dubai Mall in Dubai is seeking a capable Nursing Leader to head the nursing team, ensuring patient-centric, evidence-based care, and operational efficiency in a busy hospital setting.

You will drive standards, develop staff, manage resources, and uphold regulatory compliance to deliver safe, high-quality patient experiences in the UAE.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing, a Master’s preferred, and 3–5 years senior nursing, including leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree or diploma with strong clinical background.
• Master's degree in Nursing is preferred for advanced leadership.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and staff management principles.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
• To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
• To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement
• To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care
• To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute

Desired:Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in OPD

At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience

• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation)
