Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing.
• Certification in payroll management (CPP/FPC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and track employee work hours to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate with department heads to validate timecards and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports analyzing attendance, overtime and productivity metrics.
• Maintain leave, sick days and vacation records with detailed reporting.
