Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks a timekeeping/payroll professional to ensure precise recording of employee hours and compliance with labor rules. You will validate timecards with department heads and resolve discrepancies before payroll runs.

You should have a relevant degree and 2–4 years in timekeeping or payroll, with CPP/FPC as a plus; industry settings like manufacturing or healthcare are a plus due to timekeeping needs.

Maintain meticulous records of leave requests, sick days and vacation time providing detailed reports to HR as needed.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge. 2-4 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing, with a proven track record of managing time-sensitive data. Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or retail, where timekeeping is critical to operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years.

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and SR. Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
