Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Timekeeper/Payroll Administrator to accurately track attendance, log hours, and support payroll processing using timekeeping software.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least five years in timekeeping or payroll, with Gulf/ADNOC exposure preferred. ADP or Kronos experience is a plus; candidates must meet the age and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility & Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, or Onshore sectors.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of Gulf experience required for managerial and senior positions.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years; managers and senior roles may extend to 50 years if significant Gulf experience is present.
• Clean-shaven policy applies.
• Candidates with metro, building, or road infrastructure experience are not eligible.
