Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Timekeeper/Payroll Administrator to accurately track attendance, log hours, and support payroll processing using timekeeping software.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least five years in timekeeping or payroll, with Gulf/ADNOC exposure preferred. ADP or Kronos experience is a plus; candidates must meet the age and eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administration within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in timekeeping software such as ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track employee attendance and hours worked daily to ensure proper payroll processing.
• Utilize timekeeping software to log and manage employee time entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve discrepancies in time records and assist with scheduling needs.
• Generate timely reports on employee attendance trends, overtime, and leave balances for management review.
