Alaan in Dubai is seeking a Content Creator to join its marketing team. You’ll live and breathe short-form video, chase trends, and move fast to ride the moment on Instagram and TikTok. You care about metrics and growth and will shape content that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience creating video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Obsessed with growth - track your numbers, push to improve.
• Fast - turn around content quickly without quality loss.
• Strong eye for what works on each platform, not just repurpose the same video.

Responsibilities

• Create and post short form video content across Instagram and TikTok that gets watched and shared.
• Own Alaan’s presence on both platforms — grow followers, reach, and engagement month over month.
• Manage stories, reels, and real-time content to keep the brand active daily.
• Spot trends and move quickly — you’re shooting before a brief lands.
• Analyze what’s working and adjust content to improve outcomes.
