Qualifikationen

• You are genuinely TikTok-native with instinctive internet culture insight.
• Experience creating, growing, or scaling short-form video accounts.
• Able to demonstrate content with significant organic reach.
• Know how to find and recruit creators.
• Able to explain why a video worked and produce test variations.
• Comfortable shooting, editing, briefing, and publishing content yourself.
• Understanding of creative testing and its link to paid growth.
• Capable of rapid experimentation and shipping ideas.

• Source and manage a network of UGC creators, editors, and talents.
• Translate internet culture into repeatable content formats and live formats.
• Invent TikTok Live concepts and interactive formats for the brand experience.
• Develop a paid creative testing program with differentiated concepts and briefs.
• Build distribution channels across TikTok, Instagram Reels, clipping, and creator-owned distribution.
