Job summary

Alaan in Dubai is seeking a Content Creator to join its marketing team. You’ll live and breathe short-form video, chase trends, and move fast to ride the moment on Instagram and TikTok. You care about metrics and growth and will shape content that resonates with audiences.

You’ll own the end-to-end content flow, monitor performance, iterate quickly, and contribute to building the Middle East’s leading fintech brand. Hybrid culture and exclusive equity opportunities included.

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Creator to join Alaan’s marketing team in Dubai.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes short form video. You’re always watching what’s trending, you know what makes people stop scrolling, and you move fast enough to act on it before the moment passes. You care deeply about numbers and you’re always thinking about how to grow.

What you'll do

• Creating and posting short form video content across Instagram and TikTok that actually gets watched and shared
• Owning Alaan’s presence on both platforms - growing followers, reach, and engagement month on month
• Managing stories, reels, and real time content that keeps the brand active and relevant every single day
• Spotting trends and moving on them quickly - you’re not waiting for a brief, you’re already shooting
• Analysing what’s working and what’s not and using that to constantly improve what goes out
