Job summary

CALO in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a content creator to own the UAE's organic content across Instagram and TikTok. You will develop ideas, formats and stories, and produce content end-to-end in English and Arabic, tailoring it to local trends and culture.

You’ll work with the marketing team to grow the brand’s voice, audience and engagement, delivering consistent, high-quality content across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok for a brand or consumer-focused business.
Strong understanding of social media trends and engaging formats.
Hands-on skills in shooting, editing, scripting and copywriting.

Responsibilities

Own CALO UAE’s organic content strategy and content calendar across Instagram and TikTok.
Create content end-to-end from ideation to publishing in English and Arabic.
Stay close to UAE trends, culture and conversations to spot opportunities.
Collaborate with products, people, locations and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
Build recurring formats and series that audiences recognize and return to.
Monitor day-to-day channels, comments and audience feedback.
Track performance and use insights to improve future content.
Test hooks, formats, video lengths, CTAs and creative approaches.
