Job summary

Chalhoub Group’s The Deal unit seeks a Content Creation Trainee to join a hands-on marketing environment in Dubai. You’ll contribute fresh ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and social content while supporting the end-to-end content creation journey.

You’ll learn to manage content calendars, assist with short-form video editing and simple assets in Canva, and coordinate shoots and activations with the Marketing team, embracing Gen Z trends and real brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Creative Industries, or a related field.
• Natural interest in TikTok, Instagram, social media, pop culture and digital trends.
• Creative mindset with ability to propose ideas.
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
• Familiarity with Canva for creating social posts and assets.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills for trackers and reporting.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and collaboration with various teams.
• Hands-on attitude to support shoots, activations and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas for TikTok, Instagram and social content.
• Stay curious about trends and what resonates with diverse audiences.
• Research content trends across markets and identify relevant ideas for The Deal.
• Support content creation from concept to execution.
• Assist with short-form video editing and social content preparation.
• Create simple posters, posts and assets using Canva.
• Support on-site content shoots, product prep and set coordination.
• Maintain content calendars, trackers and upcoming deliverables.
• Support basic reporting and data tracking in Excel.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and activation opportunities.
