Mastermind Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to own the social media strategy and content execution across three distinct brands/accounts in Dubai, UAE. You will craft engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, and build a strong personal brand for leadership when required.

The role demands 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent storytelling, and a proven ability to manage multiple brands

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media/content roles.
• Expertise with Reels/Shorts and multi-brand strategy.
• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own social media and content strategy for all three accounts.
• Manage platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create separate monthly and weekly content calendars for each brand.
• Develop concepts for Reels, short-form videos, and educational content.
• Write hooks, captions, scripts and video concepts.
• Coordinate with videographers, designers, editors and internal teams.
• Plan property shoots and other content productions.
• Monitor trends and adapt content to each brand.
• Build the recruitment platform's social media presence from the ground up.
• Ensure consistent posting schedule across all accounts.
