Pristol in Dubai seeks a Medical Representative to drive product adoption by influencing prescribing decisions. You will engage healthcare professionals, execute local plans to beat targets, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring compliant, high-quality promotional activities.

The role requires 1+ year in pharma sales, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and excellent English communication. Territory focus includes Urology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics and Emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical representative in UAE.
• Experience interacting with specialists in Urology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine.
• Prior engagement with governmental networks is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial landscape.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Confident and impactful presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Effectively engage primary care providers in informed discussions about approved uses, safety, and efficacy to support on-label prescribing.
• Collaborate to execute a strategic local business plan to surpass sales targets and call activity metrics within the territory.
• Drive strong sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets are achieved or exceeded.
• Maintain understanding of local market dynamics, patient demographics, and managed care structures.
• Adhere to compliance standards governing interactions with healthcare professionals and promotional activities.
• Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and demonstrate proficient promotional capabilities.
