Job summary

Pristol is seeking a skilled Medical Representative to drive adoption of designated products in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. You will influence prescribing decisions, engage healthcare professionals, and expand market presence while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.

The role requires a Pharmacy or Health Sciences degree, at least three years in medical reps in the region, and excellent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical representative in the designated territory.
Experience interacting with specialists in Urology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine preferred.
Prior engagement with governmental networks is an advantage.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial landscape.
Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Engage primary care providers in discussions about approved uses, safety, and efficacy to support on-label prescribing.
Execute a strategic local business plan to surpass sales targets and call activity metrics.
Drive sales performance and manage forecasts and budgets.
Maintain understanding of local market dynamics, patient demographics, and managed care structures.
Adhere to compliance standards governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and promotional capabilities.
