Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience specifically as a Teppanyaki Chef in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Exceptional knife skills and mastery of the teppan grill.
• A highly engaging, confident, and charismatic personality—you must be comfortable being the center of attention.
• Relevant culinary certifications and current UAE Food Hygiene training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Performance: Engage, entertain, and interact with members during live cooking sessions.
• The Cuisine: Prepare and cook premium meats, seafood, and vegetables to exact guest specifications on the teppan grill.
• The Prep: Manage ingredient preparation, portioning, and marinating prior to service.
