• Relevant culinary certifications and current UAE Food Hygiene training (preferred).

• The Prep: Manage ingredient preparation, portioning, and marinating prior to service.
• The Standard: Maintain an immaculate cooking station before, during, and after service in full view of the guests. Strict adherence to hygiene regulations is mandatory.
