Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to oversee end‑user contract requests, tender development, bidder prequalification, and award processes. You will liaise between End Users and Bidders to ensure compliant tender execution and smooth contract formation.

The role requires deep knowledge of procurement, contract law, and negotiation within the oil and gas sector. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required for cross‑functional coordination with End Users and suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting RFTs and LOAs.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities across complex procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Review End User CRs, ensure completeness for Tender purposes, and determine acceptance.
• Coordinate Bidder lists, Tender Strategy, and RFT preparation with the Contracts Division.
• Manage bid clarifications, site visits, and bid evaluation to support Award of contracts.
