Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a technical coordinator to prepare and compile proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs and ITBs, and to coordinate with estimation, engineering and procurement teams.

The role involves reviewing tender documents, tracking deadlines, organizing pre-bid queries, and helping develop construction methodologies and execution plans to ensure timely and well-formatted submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering and 1–3 years in technical coordination within UAE construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and technical standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and document management systems; BIM/Revit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs and ITBs.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering and procurement to gather documentation, inputs and pricing.
• Track tender deadlines, clarifications and ensure client submission compliance.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs and summarize requirements.
• Organize pre-bid queries and follow up with consultants or clients on clarifications.
• Assist in preparing technical write-ups, construction methodologies and execution plans.
• Ensure tender submissions are formatted, complete and submitted on time.
