This full-time, on-site role requires high accuracy in maintaining inventory and order data. You will enter data, verify discrepancies, and support the operations team with admin tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in Arabic and English, with 0–2 years of related experience and strong MS Office skills. Location is Al Ain/Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong typing speed and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update product inventory and order data into our internal systems
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100 accuracy
• Prepare and sort physical documents for data entry
• Review data for errors missing information or inconsistencies and report issues to management
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company information
• Support the operations team with general administrative and data-related tasks as needed

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy.

Requirements

• Nationality: Arab (Required for Arabic and English data entry tasks).
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
• Location: Must be currently available to work in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
