Job description

The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, and facilitating property sales, leasing, and investment transactions.

The specialist will advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and transaction requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with Dubai real estate regulations. The role also involves building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and developers while actively contributing to the company’s sales and business development objectives.

This is a commission-based role, suitable for motivated and target-driven individuals who are looking to build and grow their career in Dubai real estate.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided to suitable candidates without prior real estate experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
