Job summary

VibeTribe Homes in Dubai seeks a driven Telesales Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors. You will qualify leads, present properties, and convert inquiries into meetings and sales, with a focus on high-volume outbound calling in a fast-paced market.

Strong communication in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. You must be comfortable handling objections and maintaining momentum toward monthly targets.

This is a high-activity role suited to someone who is confident on the phone and understands the fast-paced Dubai property market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to warm and cold leads while consistently meeting daily call targets.
• Presenting residential and commercial properties, responding to inbound enquiries, and promptly following up on marketing leads.
• Qualifying prospects based on their budget, requirements, intent, and timeline.
• Scheduling property viewings and meetings with senior agents.
• Updating the CRM with call logs, notes, lead statuses, and pipeline progress.
• Working towards monthly conversion and revenue targets set by the sales manager.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

• Monthly salary: AED 3,000-3,500, depending on experience and performance.
