Job summary

Golden Bricks Dubai is seeking a confident, organized Telesales Executive to generate and qualify leads for our Dubai real estate sales team. You will contact potential clients through calls and WhatsApp, understand property requirements and investment goals, and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.

The role requires 1+ year in Dubai real estate and 2+ years in sales or telesales, with strong English and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential for engaging prospects and closing qualified leads.
• Strong English communication across speak, write, and follow-up.
• Highly organised with outstanding follow-up skills to manage many opportunities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in telesales or real estate sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and project pricing is a plus.
• Basic CRM knowledge to track leads and activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate


• Minimum 2 years of sales or telesales experience


• Excellent communication and persuasion skills


• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage


• Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


• Able to manage a high volume of calls and leads


• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
