Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote company properties, projects, services, and special offers.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer/lead information in the CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
• Qualify leads and transfer serious prospects to the sales consultant.
• Negotiate and help convert prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to maximize lead conversion.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity and sales reports.
• Stay updated on listings, market trends, prices and promotions.
• Represent the company professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

• * Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales

• * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• * Must currently hold a own valid UAE Residence Visa
