Job summary

Preview Properties in Dubai, UAE seeks a proactive real estate telecaller to identify and convert leads, present property options, and manage client data. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule viewings and hit daily targets.

The role requires UAE real estate telecalling experience, strong English communication, and a customer-focused, persuasive telephone manner in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate telecalling/telesales experience.
• Female candidates will be given priority.
• Previous experience handling real estate leads highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Professional attitude and customer-service orientation.
