Job summary

CAREER AND LIFE TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING in Dubai seeks a proactive telesales professional to engage potential students by phone in Hindi and explain available courses and programs. You will assess needs and guide enrollments, maintaining CRM records and meeting sales targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in telesales or inside sales, strong Hindi capabilities, and excellent communication and persuasion skills. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Telesales/inside sales experience in a customer-facing role (1–2 years).
• Excellent Hindi fluency (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Explain CLT Academy's courses and programs to Hindi-speaking leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Generate interest and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/ERP system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students.
