Job summary

DNB Signature Properties in Dubai is hiring experienced Real Estate Telesales Executives to join our sales team. You will call real estate leads, build relationships with clients, and work towards closing property deals.

The role offers a fixed salary plus attractive commission, with qualified leads provided and a strong inventory of Dubai properties. This is a target-driven, office-based position in Business Bay with sales and management support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai real estate.
• Proven telesales, lead conversion or property sales experience.
• Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing ability.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
