Job summary

Salayel Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a courteous Telephone Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide accurate information on hotel services, and direct calls to the correct departments. The role requires a pleasant voice, strong English communication, and professional telephone etiquette.

You will assist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake-up calls while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
