The role requires 1–2 years of tele-sales experience, proven sales achievements, and strong communication/negotiation skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As a Tele Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide product information and pricing details clearly and effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, and English
